After demolishing everything but the rough framing forming its outer shell, and constructing an entirely new foundation, this turn-of-the-century weekend cottage was transformed into a beautiful 3,000 sq.ft. Craftsman styled home appropriate to its natural setting and traditional neighborhood. From its wonderful veranda affording a remarkable view of Mt. Tamalpais, cherry wood cabinets and finely crafted details throughout, no one would imagine this project was successfully constructed on a very tightly managed budget.
