This new 2,900 sq.ft. "cabin" designed for the speculative market captures the Tahoe look. It houses a kid's dormitory over the garage and four other bedrooms, two of which are Master Suites linked by a bridge spanning a central dining hall, a grand space which opens out to a terrace overlooking the lake and a private boat dock. Though nestled in a forest, daylight fills the interior spaces from an overhead ridge skylight. Cozy spaces open to large ones comfortably accommodating large groups of people.
